These three ladies are called Milly Richards, Unity Sallet and Hannah at the moment Tony is engaged to Milly Richards and is getting seduced by the other two women. He gets caught be Milly and she doesnt care what other women think or say to Tony. She can trust Tony and that he wouldnt go with any of them women. We will write a custom essay on Tony Kytes the arch deceiver specifically for you for only $16.38 $13.9/page Order now All that Tony has to do is wake up and smell the coffee and marry Milly and stop fooling around with those other two women. Through out the essay I will discuss the matter in more detail. Tony is a womaniser it shows this in the text e. g. O the petticoats went off and the breeches went on? . Tony says this in a religious manor as if having sex with women is like his religion. Tony does have a sensitive side though for example Milly Richards, a nice, light, small, tender, little thing and soon said that they were engaged to be married. He talks about Milly in a soft and tender way like he truly did love Milly and it was his right choice. Again it shows Tony is a womaniser because he is seeing other women and they are called Unity Sallet and Hannah, he still cannot make his mind up. But he is a small town and the news will spread very quickly. Tony only goes for the women who he can control and not tell him what to do. He has to make his mind up because he hasnt got much time to do it in. Unity Sallet is an independent woman because she asked Tony for a lift. So straightaway Tony should straight away spot the weakness of Unity. In addition to this should Tony go for Hannah who is the best looking out of the lot and the most seductive on Tony. However Tony wants a lady who he can control. But Hannah is controlling over Tony, so that is not a good sign. Then theirs Milly she is the most dependent on Tony and on her self and reliable and trust worthy. For example she sets a time to go to the market for Tony and her self. Tony has got to make the right choice. Thomas Hardy uses adjectives in the story e. g. anice, light, small, tender, little thing. These are all adjectives. In additions Thomas uses irony for example Unity; says he, as mild as he could, heres Milly coming' and he notices the feather on Millys hat.

3 Easy Ways to Write More Concisely
3 Easy Ways to Write More Concisely 3 Easy Ways to Write More Concisely 3 Easy Ways to Write More Concisely By Mark Nichol Writers can employ various categorical strategies to make their writing more active and concise. Here are three simple types of unnecessary wording to keep in mind (and out of oneââ¬â¢s writing). 1. Extinguish Expletives An expletive is an indirect phrase that only delays a readerââ¬â¢s acquaintance with the writerââ¬â¢s point. Expletives include ââ¬Å"There is,â⬠ââ¬Å"there are,â⬠ââ¬Å"there was,â⬠and ââ¬Å"there were,â⬠as well as any of these phrases with it substituting for there. It is not necessary to always delete expletives, as the current sentence demonstrates, but they should be employed judiciously. In most cases, simply sweep the expletive away and begin with a subject, as in revision of ââ¬Å"There are other steps a company can take before an economic downturn to protect against its impactâ⬠to ââ¬Å"A company can take other steps before an economic downturn to protect against its impact.â⬠2. Adjust Adjectives to Adverbs Business-speak, when rendered as text, is often notoriously stilted and verbose. One class of wordy wording often found in business writing is represented by such adjective-noun phrases as ââ¬Å"on a daily basis,â⬠which is easily replaced by the adverbial form of the adjective (which in this case is identical: daily). Regarding similar usage, ââ¬Å"This issue will be resolved on a case-by-case basisâ⬠is easily converted to ââ¬Å"This issue will be resolved case by case.â⬠(Again, the replacement is identical, though the hyphens are now superfluous.) Sometimes, the writer must replace the adjective, as in the case of timely, which is seldom used as an adverb and does not stand as such on its own: To render ââ¬Å"in a timely mannerâ⬠more concise, for example, simply substitute promptly. 3. Avoid Adjectives Some adjectives and adverbs themselves are extraneous. Such qualifiers as currently and different almost never contribute to comprehension. For example, in ââ¬Å"We are currently accepting applications,â⬠the verb are clearly represents that acceptance of application is a current state, meaning that currently serves no useful purpose, and ââ¬Å"These shirts come in seven different colorsâ⬠provides no more information than ââ¬Å"These shirts come in seven colors,â⬠and different can therefore be omitted without negative consequences. The College Curriculum â⬠Becoming an Architect
The College Curriculum - Becoming an Architect Study architecture and a good college curriculum will prepare you for anything. Accredited programs of architecture will center around practicing design and building things. If it doesnt, youll be throwing away your money if you want to be a professional architect. As an architecture student, you will study a broad range of subjects, including writing, design, graphics, computer applications, art history, mathematics, physics, structural systems, and building and materials construction. The best schools are not necessarily the schools with the best equipment and facilities but they employ the best teachers. And the best teachers of architecture are not necessarily the most famous architects in the world. The best teachers will teach these subjects without you even knowing how much youre learning. Architecture is the application of many subjects. To get an idea of the specific classes you will take, spend some time browsing through the course listings, a sampling of which are usually listed online for many schools of architecture. Make sure that the courses of study have been accredited by the National Architectural Accrediting Board (NAAB). Dr. Lee W. Waldrep reminds us, however, that there are many routes to take to become an accredited architect. Which degree program you choose will determine what courses you take. At most schools, he says, enrolled students begin intensive architectural studies in the first semester and continue for the duration of the program. If you are highly confident in your choice of architecture as your academic major, pursuing a B.Arch. may be the ideal choice. If, however, you think you may not ultimately choose architecture, the five-year program is not forgiving, meaning that changing majors is difficult. Design Studio At the heart of every architecture course of study is the Design Studio. It is not unique to architecture, but it is an important workshop to understand the process of planning, designing, and building things. Industries such as automobile manufacturing may call this building approach Research and Development as teams work together to create a new product. In architecture, the free expression of ideas, both design and engineering, is what drives collaboration in this important and practical course. The Wright Studio at Oak Park. Santi Visalli/Getty Images (cropped) Even famous architects like Frank Lloyd Wright have done professional architectural work from their design studios. Learning by doing in a studio workshop is a prime reason why online architecture courses are limited. Dr. Waldrep explains the importance of this coursework in an architecture curriculum: Once you are in the studio sequence of a degree program, you will be taking design studio each semester, usually four to six credits. Design studio may meet between eight and twelve hours contact hours with the designated faculty and countless hours outside of class. Projects may begin in the abstract and deal with basic skill development, but they quickly progress in scale and complexity. Faculty members provide the program or space requirements of a given building project. From there, students individually develop solutions to the problem and present the results to faculty and classmates....Just as important as the product is the process. You will learn not only from the studio faculty but also your fellow students. Waldreps book Becoming an Architect: A Guide to Careers in Design can mentor any aspiring architect through the complicated process of becoming an architect or even becoming a professional home designer. Studio Culture Some of the project assignments will be group projects and some will be individual projects. Some projects will be reviewed by professors and some by fellow students. The school should provide every student with a safe place to work on these projects. Every accredited school of architecture has a written Studio Culture Policy - a statement of what incoming students should expect and how their project work will be evaluated or juried. For example, the policy at Princeton University School of Architecture outlines that each student will be provided two 3ââ¬â¢ x 6 work tables, two drafting lamps, one power strip, one task chair and one lockable steel cabinet; that students should manage their time and avoid all-nighters to finish projects; and that critiques should concentrate on clarity and consistency, as opposed to making judgments of value or quality. Criticism should be constructive and dialogue should be respectful. As long as a project has a clear idea or concept that can be defended, the student should be able to compete in the design studio atmosphere. The review process can be brutal, but follow the rules and the architecture student will be well-prepared when defending a design to a paying client in the real world. Critical thinking and problem solving are core strengths of the professional architect. The American Institute of Architecture Students (AIAS) continues to advocate for the fair and humane treatment of the architecture student. The AIAS regularly examines and monitors the design teaching methods of architecture programs. The Redesign of Studio Culture, a 2002 report put out by the AIAS Studio Culture Task Force, changed the culture of the studio culture, so every student knows what to expect. When students are researching prospective architecture programs, check out their curricula, design studio offerings, and policies that inform how the architecture program is run. The design studio experience is what everyone remembers and where lasting friendships are established. You dont want to miss it. Source Waldrep, Lee W. Becoming an Architect. Wiley, 2006, pp. 94, 121

Week14 - Essay Example ernational Criminal Court (ICC), Human Right Watch, The White House, among other powerful human rights organizations as well as high profile celebrities such as Winfrey Oprah, Bill Gates and Justin Bieber coming on board (Goodman and Preston par 6). While everyone seems to be in agreement that Konyââ¬â¢s story is both horrific and tragic, a critical evaluation of the filmââ¬â¢s oversimplified narrative coupled with the misinterpretation of facts reveals a false sense of what it takes to make a difference in a certainly complex situation. A conditional effectiveness of a social media campaign rests upon one fundamental principle: building a real-life/off-line political community capable and committed to a common cause. Contrary to the notion created on this particular case of the Invisible Childrenââ¬â¢s KONY2012 campaign, and elsewhere as was the case with the Arab spring, the reality is that Invisible Children worked for nearly a decade to build a willingly enthusiastic network of like-minded folks capable of driving across the United States to showcase its latest films to real people in schools and churches. Similarly, effectiveness and the subsequent success of human rights and democracy campaigners in the Arab worl d (Tunisia, Egypt and Libya among others) had long learned and been hardened by decades of training in human rights and civil disobedience experiences. The protests witnessed at the Tahrir Square in Cairo, for instance, gained root not due to the Tweeter or Facebook influence, but were driven by real grievances by real people with scars of years of outright humiliation (Kersten par 4-7). The Facebook Sharing and Tweeter re-tweeting of the KONY2012 was only a symbolic action done exclusively by non-activists with a minimal effect nearing zero. Simply put, war crimes cannot be fought at the comfort of somebodyââ¬â¢s bedroom either sleeping or sited with IPads or IPhones as proof of his/her commitment to the liberal democratic values while real issues remain

My Mother in Garden Essay Example for Free
My Mother in Garden Essay Alice Walker also uses her own mother as a method to explain the way they are and the creativity they have lived in . She explains, Guided by my heritage of a love of beauty and respect for strength-in search of my mothers garden, I found my own. (Walker 675) This quote shows how Walker was able to find her own creativity by seeing her mothers creativity in the creation of her gardens. Walkers mother grew beautiful gardens at every single house they had ever lived in,it was so original in its design, and so magnificent with life and creativity. These gardens inspired Walker to a degree and by viewing her mothers creativity she was able to write and find her creativity in writing. This shows that even to this day, black women are keeping their creativity alive and passing it on to each new generation. Walkers mother kept her creativity alive by creating these beautiful gardens and through her keeping her creativity alive, she has given her creativity to her daughter and allowed her daughter to become the magnificent writer that she is today. Another quote said the mule of the world(Walker pg. 421 paragraph 4), explain how black women who were nothing more than bodies to be used were tread as tools for work or even impregnation . To the world around them, they had no creativity and certainly no intelligence, which forced their creative thoughts into suppression and their bodies into submission. They were not allowed to have creative thoughts and not allowed to think of art, or anything other than the work they were assigned to do, breaking them further and further away from their creative instincts and deeper into the forced labor they had to carry out day in and day out. However, even though they were so beaten down and ruined by the world around them, that creativity was still present within them and, given the chance, they could have been the artists they were meant to be, express themselves freely like so many white men and women of that time period . Alice Walkers essay In Search of Our Mothers Gardens explains the hardships that black women had to endure and their perseverance in maintaining their creativity throughout. Although these women were beaten down and destroyed by the world around them, they still managed to use the little amount of creativity they had in them to create masterpieces and pass down their creativity from generation to generation.

The act of signing makes the President and Chief Executive Officer responsible for the information contained in the reports. The requirement for certification makes it important for the CEO and the CFO to nsure that the information contained in the report is correct. Other organization processes are somewhat mechanical. For instance, the legal proceedings, including those against the company need to be listed. The legal department will provide a comprehensive list of the legal proceedings. Walmartââ¬â¢s Financial Performance over the Last Two Years Financial ratios are used to identify the strengths and weaknesses of a company. The current ratio, debt ratio, return on equity ratio, and days receivable ratio will be used to identify Wal-Martââ¬â¢s financial health. The ratios used will be for 2008 and 2009 to obtain a brief look at the companyââ¬â¢s financial health. The first ratio is the current ratio. The current ratio tests for a companyââ¬â¢s liquidity (Keown, Martin, Petty, ; Scott, Jr. , 2005). The simplest and most basic test for a companyââ¬â¢s relative liquidity is the current test, which divides the companyââ¬â¢s current assets by its current liabilities. In 2008, Walmartââ¬â¢s current assets were $48,020 million and the current liabilities were $58,478 million for a ratio of 0. 8. In 2009, Walmartââ¬â¢s current assets were $48,949 million and current liabilities were $55,390 million for a ratio of 0. 9. The ratios indicate that the Walmartââ¬â¢s financial health was slightly better in 2009 than it was in 2008. Because a companyââ¬â¢s assets may be financed by debt or equity it is important to consider a companyââ¬â¢s debt ratio. The debt ratio shows relatively how well a company manages its assets or rather how much of its assets are in the form of debt (Keown,

It Happened On The Way To War Paper Essay
It Happened On The Way To War is a book by Rye Barcott. This book talks about a marine who dreams of making a difference in the world. We read about his life, feeling as if we were a part of it. Three values that he clearly shows in this book are balance, leadership and Inspiration. Somebody once said that in order to succeed in life, you have to have a balance between your personal life and your professional life. Rye Barcott not only shows us the importance of having a balance, but he also shows us how hard it is to find that balance. While he was a part of the Marines, he was expected to transition easily from the combat mode to peace keeping mode. He thought that he will be able to separate the founder of Carolina for Kibera(CFK) from the marine that he was meant to be and vice versa. However as he started his journey, he soon realized how difficult finding balance actually is. After he came back from Kibera and started bootcamp. Rye noticed a difference in his performance. His said that for the first time in his life, he was in the bottom half of the class. ââ¬Å" Itââ¬â¢s like a dual culture shockâ⬠(90 Barcott, Rye) thats what is what his mother said that he was going through. This was the first time, we see Rye struggling to keep his personal and professional life separate. As time went by he was able to over come the cultural shock, however once he was an official marine. he was presented with a new challenge. He had to look at children that he was trying to improve the lives off, as potential suspects. As a marine he had to check kids that looked innocent for bombs and weapons and then then as a founder of CFK he had to go and help them. In my leadership class, I have been taught that in order to be a good leader you need to do 5 things. You have to model the way, inspire a shared vision, encourage the heart, challenge the process and enable others to act. In the book, Rye demonstrates most if not all of these 5 qualities. He modeled the way, by showing people that you donââ¬â¢t need to be rich in order to make a difference in the world, you just need dedication and a good group of people who are willing to work with you. When Rye met Salim, he decided to take take Salimââ¬â¢s vision of Kibera and make it his own. He inspired a shared a vision, Salim told Rye his dream about Kiberaââ¬â¢s future and how he is currently trying to achieve it, however he probably did not expect Rye to actually support the dream or even come back to Kibera. However Rye shocked him by not only coming back to Kibera, but also by working with him to achieve his goal. Tabithaââ¬â¢s meeting with Rye is a great example of how Rye encouraged the heart. He had just met Tabitha and she was asking him to trust her and help her. There was no guarantee that Tabitha would succeed, but Rye supported her and helped her achieve her dream. Challenging the Process requires you to stand up and stand out of the crowd. There are many books published about a person and the amount of good her or she does in the world. However the reason that Ryeââ¬â¢s story is different from others is because Rye is a marine. People are attracted to this book, because on the front cover the caption reads ââ¬Å"A Marines Path To Peaceâ⬠Which is very unique. When people think about the Marines, they think of war not peace. There arenââ¬â¢t many books about a marine that fights a war in the day, and runs a non-profit organization by night. The work that Rye does in his book, things like organizing soccer tournaments and trash clean ups, enables others to act. In order for the kids to play the sports, they have to help the community by cleaning up the trash. It taught the kids positive feedback. They did something good for others and in return they got something good out of it. This practice motivated the people of Kibera to act! This wasnââ¬â¢t the only way he enabled other to act, he was able to convince his friend Nate to help others and modeled the way for him. Inspiration is a huge deal in Ryeââ¬â¢s life. He would have not achieved some much in his life, if he wasnââ¬â¢t inspired by the people he met in his life. Tabitha and Salim showed him that even though they have faced many hardships, it is still possible to achieve your dreams as long as you work hard with passion and integrity. His teachers/professors at UNC helped him tremendously. When him and his friends werenââ¬â¢t able to get many funds, it was his professors that helped him get through, and motivated him and gave him guidance that eventually got him the funds that he needed. Not only did they guide him, but they helped him with his project. Professor Peacock and Kohn who he met in his freshman year helped him with his thesis in grad school and taught him how to run an effective non-profit organization. Even when he was a kid, his fatherââ¬â¢s marine friends were mentors for him. ââ¬Å"My good fortune started when I was a bot.â⬠(110, Barcott, Rye) They guided him and helped him realize his future plan. They guided him because they knew that he would in return be an inspiration and guide others in the future. Which is exactly what he did. He became an inspiration for the kids of Kibera. Rye Barcottââ¬â¢s journey in this book, wasnââ¬â¢t an easy one. The three values that he demonstrated in this book, balance, leadership and inspiration made him very unique. When he first started his journey, he did not have all three values, however as he grew as a person, he developed these values and tried to perfect them. Work Cited â⬠¢ Barcott, Rye. Sonnyââ¬â¢s Blues Essay Example
Sonnyââ¬â¢s Blues Essay Example Sonnyââ¬â¢s Blues Paper Sonnyââ¬â¢s Blues Paper James Baldwinââ¬â¢s ââ¬Å"Sonnyââ¬â¢s Bluesâ⬠describe the middle of the 20th century. The author refers to the period prior to the Civil Rights Movement ââ¬â in particular, to the dark days of segregation and racial discrimination. I think the author chose those times because he grew in Harlem and wanted to make people aware of that life. Sonny, as well as the narrator, grew up in poor neighborhood of Harlem. Sonny was the son of working class father whose optimism was put down by the death of his brother at the hands of the rural Southern whites. The story shows ensuing struggle of the family in the racist Northern community. The narrator is the teacher of Algebra and Sonny is a child disappointed in life and, therefore, addicted to drug use. The narrator suspects that his students ââ¬Å"are popping off needles every time they went to the head and maybe it did more for them than algebra couldââ¬Å". Apparently, the author refers to drug abuse as the way to escape from the burden of reality, from racial discrimination and oppression. The story is very dramatic and we see that characters are changing with storyââ¬â¢s progression. Character changes are subtle because the plot features a characterââ¬â¢s battle with heroin addiction. It is necessary to outline that this story teaches readers to understand peopleââ¬â¢s bad experiences and suffering. Nevertheless, the story is not simply ââ¬â it depicts complex inner world of a boy who struggle with drug addiction. Music remains the only source to express pain. ââ¬Å"Sonnyââ¬â¢s Bluesâ⬠seems to be a tragedy about human suffering which is transformed in communal art and blues music. For Sonny, blues music is catalyst for changes. Music helps the narrator to understand himself and complex relations with Sonny. Baldwin raises the theme of brotherhood and claims that the story implies that we are ââ¬Å"our brotherââ¬â¢s keepersâ⬠. Baldwin stresses that brotherly support is more than control and coercion. Summing up, the story is about the struggle of darkness and light, of good and evil in humans. References Baldwin, James.(2002). Sonnyââ¬â¢s Blues. Oxford: Oxford University Press.

Biological Causes Of Bipolar Disorder Psychology Essay
Biological Causes Of Bipolar Disorder Psychology Essay Bipolar disorder is likely one of the most difficult diagnoses to receive in terms of living a normal life. As a psychological disorder, or more specifically, a mood disorder, its typical age of onset is in the early twenties, and its prevalence is between one and two percent worldwide. The disorder is characterized by an alternation between mania and depression, as well as poor impulse control, attention deficits, and impairments of verbal memory. Intensity of the manic state in a bipolar patient determines whether they are diagnosed with bipolar I or bipolar II. Those with classic, full-fledged mania have bipolar I, where as those with a less extensive version involving anxiety or irritability, sometimes referred to as hypomania, have bipolar II (Kalat, 2013). Causes of the illness are not always clear, but one or a combination of factors such as neurochemical factors, environmental factors, and genetics usually play a part in the development of bipolar disorder (Bressert, 2007). Genetics are an essential factor, as bipolar disorder is a very biologically based illness. Certain genes have been shown to increase the risk of developing bipolar II disorder, and also some genes associated with a predisposition to major depression predispose to bipolar disorder. However, no definitive relationships exist between these genes and bipolar disorder (Kalat, 2013). Various statistics have been obtained through research as far as chances of developing bipolar disorder based on its prevalence within a family. For example, the risk of the illness is between fifteen and twenty-five percent for those with a parent who has bipolar disorder. Furthermore, the risk for someone whose non-identical twin has the condition is twenty-five percent, which increases eightfold if they are identical twins (Bressert, 2007). Biological Causes Overview Here is an overview of many different factors that are biological in nature and have implications in bipolar disorder, some of which will be explored in further detail later. As a primarily biological illness, the improper functioning of neurotransmitters such as serotonin, norepinephrine, and likely many others has been identified as a cause (Bressert, 2007). Another interesting biological factor includes the brainââ¬â¢s increased use of glucose throughout a manic episode and its decreased use of glucose during depressive episodes (Kalat, 2013). Studies analyzing the reelin gene which helps in brain function and development have found that there is a link between the dysfunction of the reelin gene and psychiatric disorders, specifically schizophrenia, and more importantly for this paper, bipolar disorder (Ovadia, 2011). On a side note, there have also been studies which have found a gene that may provide some sort of protection against bipolar disorder. It is called GRIK4, and as a ââ¬Ëkainate-type ionotropic glutamate receptorââ¬â¢ is part of the glutamate neurotransmission process (Pickard, 2006). Another in teresting indicator of bipolar disorder was found using sensory gating, and involves the P85 gating ratio (Patterson, 2009). Relating to the circadian rhythm aspect of the disorder and how disruption of this due to the disorder can be a cause of the manic and depressive states in bipolar patients, there have been some studies. The results of one study found an association between the NR1D1 and GSK3ÃŽà ² variants and differences in functioning of the expression of genes related to the ââ¬Ëcircadian clockââ¬â¢ system (McCarthy, 2011). An association specific to rapid cycling bipolar disorder involves the gene variation of CRY2, a ââ¬Ëclock geneââ¬â¢ (Sjà ¶holm, 2010). A biological marker related to gluten sensitivity has been discovered which showed that those with bipolar disorder have ââ¬Ëincreased levels of IgG antibodies to gliadinââ¬â¢ (Dickerson, 2011). Finally, a recent study looked into gene expression inà lymphoblastoid cells, which could be a possible biological marker of bipolar disorder (Kato, 2011). Overall, it seems that there are still many questions as far as biological causes of the disorder, though progress towards the specifics of those markers is definitely being made.

Green - Case Study Example Green Case Jain suggest that politics is an art of governance where, the involved persons formulate rules or regulations and principles that would help them run or deliver well to the public or community at large. Politics involves matters or affairs of public interest. Politics relates most with power and resource distribution. Here political ideas used to create chances or persuade people or individuals for personal gain. However, politics has both the good and the bad side in every involvement that touches on politics. Politics may play a major role in influencing certain actions or behaviors to suit personal gain. In an organization, politics may influence the decisions the management make at certain points concerning certain critical issues in the organization. Issues about promotion and performance at work may involve politics. Politics plays an important role in creating regulations and principles governing the public affairs with an aim of maintaining law and order. With thes e points at hand, in agreement with statement that politics is not inherently bad there are several instances or reasons in favor of this statement. To support the statement, it is good to consider the case of Michelle Jones, used her political tactics to shape up her regionââ¬â¢s strategy and the support she gave to their selling efforts. To this end, this political move translated to her performance and for her organizationââ¬â¢s benefit at the end of the day.... Politics has power to institute changes in an organization (Sasser and Beckham 9; Jain 151). From Sasser and Beckham (8) suggestions, it is true also that, politics is a fact in an organization. Here, Thomas used his political and his power of creativity to influence or convince the companyââ¬â¢s vice president so as to get into the ob position he so wished to be in. In normal circumstances, this would not have occurred in this order, positions some times go with experience and the right procedure to select qualifying candidates within the department or organization may seem okay. In addition, because of politics some decisions that would have been impossible to make, influencing may be in a matter of hours of a few days when a politically activated channel of decision-making is used (Jain 156). Decisions in a big organization may at one point need the application of politics to effect good and reliable solutions as this may call on all company employees and representatives to par ticipate in some kind of voting for the best principles for an organization to adapt. This points out to Michelleââ¬â¢s efforts that involved all the sells representatives at one point or the other. A number of organizational factors that lead to or contribute to some political behaviors in an organization range form; self-serving seniors, unclear evaluation systems in an organization, this may be in terms of promotions and critical decision making, lack of such systems leads to the individuals like Thomas seeking there own way to address there needs or ways of promotion.
